Real Madrid have the best squad in the world by a country mile. Even if they hadn't made any summer signings, they would have remained the best team in the world. However, adding Kylian Mbappe to the already potent attack of Rodrygo, Vinicius Junior and Jude Bellingham skyrocketed them to a different stratosphere.

However, a squad can only handle so many big stars. It is impossible to reach the top of the footballing pyramid without having an ego, so for Real Madrid to now have four egos competing for spots in the attack, it cannot entirely be a good thing.

This has been shown by Rodrygo's behaviour behind the scenes, which has been noticed by Real Madrid as they wish to nip it in the bud.

Real Madrid unhappy with Rodrygo’s behaviour behind the scenes

According to a report from SPORT, numerous instances have happened within recent history which have made Real Madrid cautious about Rodrygo's behaviour behind the scenes. The most recent example being when Rodrygo sent a since-deleted message into the team chat, essentially claiming that the acronym "BMV" (Bellingham, Mbappe, Vini) must be rebranded to fit himself in.

This came after Rodrygo scored the only goal in Real Madrid's opening La Liga fixture against Real Mallorca. It was a stagnant display from Real Madrid, with Rodrygo's fearsome strike being the only point which they broke down Mallorca's low defensive block.

Sport cites many different Spanish publications, with some even claiming that Rodrygo could be on his way out of Real Madrid if he carries on. It is important to note that Rodrygo has no intention to leave Real Madrid but those who deal with him see his behaviour as "disappointing" and would not like to risk the dressing room being lost.

Another example of Rodrygo's questionable behaviour occurred before Real Madrid met with Man City in the Champions League quarter-final last season. Rodrygo was linked with a move away from Real Madrid at the time and he was accused of adding fuel to the fire by calling Man City the best team in the world before their fixture.

I guess time will tell how Rodrygo's behaviour behind the scenes changes. Personally, until more examples come out, I struggle to see how his behaviour is impacting the rest of the squad and if it is, maybe the question marks should surround Rodrygo's teammates rather than Rodrygo himself. After all, changing the acronym to include Rodrygo is a sign that he wants to be at the same level of his peers, which should surely be applauded.

Of course, only the dressing room know the ins and outs of his behaviour, though.
