Zinedine Zidane has chosen between Real Madrid and Manchester United

Whenever a club is linked with a new manager, Zinedine Zidane is the go-to name. The Frenchman is the best in the business and he has a proven track record during his two stints with Real Madrid, so it's not a surprise to see so many clubs interested in making him their head coach.
Standard claimed that Manchester United were interested in making the Madrid legend Zidane their new manager, since Erik ten Hag is under fire for an underwhelming season. However, Zidane only has a few clubs in mind.
Zinedine Zidane has chosen between Real Madrid and Manchester United
Zidane's former teammate, Thomas Gravesen, has reportedly spoken with him about where he would like to manage next. Albeit the comments were made two years ago, it is interesting to look back at how Zidane views his next options.
In his own words, via Diario AS, Gravesen said: “I spoke to Zidane in Madrid two years ago. He told me there are only ‘two and a half jobs’ he would accept. Marseille, Real Madrid and France. Regarding United? He would want a large budget to build a team. Because it’s difficult to do anything with the team Erik ten Hag has at the moment. But, if the right coach came in at the right time, the situation could change.”
While a large budget is certainly something Manchester United could provide given the size of the club, they have not always made the right transfer decisions in recent history, most notably since Sir Alex Ferguson left the club.
As far as the Real Madrid job is concerned, the club seems to be in no rush to replace Carlo Ancelotti, who is having a great season as things stand. However, Perez knows that Zidane will always be available to consider should the decision arise.
In other news, Zidane has also revealed his stance on the Juventus job.
