Endrick has been linked with a loan transfer away from the Spanish capital. However, Real Madrid's true stance has been revealed by Fabrizio Romano.

Endrick joined Real Madrid in the summer. The Brazilian wonder-kid didn't take long to adjust to his new life in the Spanish capital and he is recognised as one of the most promising talents in the world.

However, minutes at Real Madrid have been difficult to come by. Despite proving himself as worthy, Endrick is not favoured by Carlo Ancelotti, who still resorts to using Endrick from the bench.

Therefore, Endrick's development is hindered. To improve as a player, he must play. It is no surprise, then, that Endrick has been linked with a move away from Real Madrid.

However, Fabrizio Romano confirmed yesterday on X (formerly Twitter) that Real Madrid do not plan to send Endrick out on loan. He further rubbished reports in the England media, linking him with a loan to Southampton.

Finally, Fabrizio Romano claims that the desire to maintain the relationship is reciprocated. Real Madrid want to keep Endrick and Endrick has no plans to leave.

Fabrizio Romano said: "Real Madrid have not activated any plan to loan out Endrick in January and Endrick is not planning to leave. Reports from England about Southampton loan move are not true at all."

Next up, Real Madrid play Leganes in the league and then it's a quick turnaround to face Liverpool in the Champions League. With the international break over and done with, Endrick will hope for plenty more minutes in the royal white jersey.

Indeed, now is not the time to panic about Endrick. It is not the case that he is not liked at Real Madrid, but it is more likely the case that he struggles to get into the team due to the quality already in the attack.
