A Real Madrid star player has defended Kylian Mbappé. He's very nobly claimed that Mbappé has shut his haters up.

Since the start of the season, Kylian Mbappé has scored five Liga goals, one Champions League goal and one Super Cup goal. So, he is flying high on every platform since touching down in Madrid.

In truth, it comes as no surprise. Kylian Mbappé is one of the biggest superstars in this sport and he was widely tipped as the heir to Cristiano Ronaldo's throne, so he was destined to score goals.

However, signing for Real Madrid comes with the baggage of scrutiny and being hated for no sake whatsoever. Kylian Mbappé, though, has silenced those haters with minimal effort.

According to ESPN, Federico Valverde was particularly happy about seeing Kylian Mbappé shine in a Real Madrid shirt. He has credited Mbappé's personality and his desire to shut his doubters up.

In his own words, Valverde said: "Having here today is a huge satisfaction, it's a joy to share a pitch with him... As a person is incredible," Valverde said. "He's shut a lot of people up, if he came here there'd be a lot of conflict, I don't know what else. He's quietened all that down, all those rumours, and he's shown he's a spectacular person."

Valverde even claimed that Mbappé has improved his Spanish well, to the point of speaking better Spanish than Valverde himself. This shows how embedded in Mbappé already is.

Before the October international break, Kylian Mbappé was nursing an injury which ruled him out of action for some weeks. He did make a speedy recovery from injury and featured for Real Madrid in their last two matches.

However, it remains to be seen how up-to-speed Kylian Mbappé truly is. After all, he has not featured in the France squad for the October international break over injury fears.
