Whether it's drama involving things on or off the pitch, there is always something monumental going on at Real Madrid, which can ultimately be a distraction for the club and the players.

Given the amount of star power at Real Madrid, and the struggling form of Xabi Alonso and his men, there is a wide range of headlines every day, but for one player in particular, just as with other seasons, he takes a number of the headlines.

We are, of course, talking about Vinicius Jr. The Brazilian almost seems to relish the attention and headlines he gets, and it doesn't seem like that will stop anytime soon. Given his star power, it shouldn't come as a surprise that he's constantly in the headlines, but it is starting to become a distraction for the team and needs to be sorted out sooner rather than later.

Real Madrid's Vinicius Jr crisis is now at an all time high

Vinicius has had aseveralheadline-grabbing moments this season, none of which have been in a positive way, which has left Real Madrid with more or less a Vinicius Jr crisis on their hands and it may be close to coming to a boiling point.

His blow up at Xabi Alonso following his substitution during El Clasico back in October seems to have been the tipping point for the Brazilian and it has been almost all downhill from there. The Brazilian has gone 13 games without scoring a goal and that frustration is starting to get the best of Vinicius Jr.

Given the poor form of Real Madrid over the last two months, during Real's recent match against Sevilla, the fans whistled the players after the opening whistle, which left Vinicius frustrated and he could be seen yelling at the fans who were rightfully voicing their frustrations.

Vinicius was substituted in the 83rd minute after failing to make much of an impact, and after the match went on to make a cryptic Instagram post with just a "..." caption and changed his profile picture to a photo of him in a Brazil jersey.

The Brazilian's current contract with Real Madrid runs until 2027, and the player and the club have halted extension talks, leaving many to question if we are starting to see the beginning of the end of Vinicius Jr at Real Madrid.
