Real Madrid are currently going through one of the best phases of their season. However, that doesn’t take away from some of the problems the team has struggled with in recent times. While the obvious ones like the lack of depth at the back and in the middle of the park are already well known by now, the same cannot be said about the right-wing position, which is clearly not in its best state at this moment.
Fortunately, it looks like Los Blancos have a similar feeling. In fact, reports have emerged suggesting that the club want to bring in Bayern Munich superstar Michael Olise as their next big signing.
According to Ekrem Konur, the French right winger is at the top of the wishlist for Real, and Florentino Perez could add the youngster as the next Galactico in the uocoming transfer window.

Olise’s stats speak for themselves, with the Frenchman having scored 15 goals and provided 27 assists in 38 matches in all competitions for Bayern so far this season.
Real have missed a prominent left-footed right winger since the departure of Gareth Bale. Not to take anything away from Rodrygo, who has provided some match-winning performances on the biggest stages from that position, but it’s no secret that his preferred role is on the opposite flank. Moreover, Real will miss the services of the Brazilian, as he picked up an injury that will keep him on the sidelines for a long period.
Olise ticks all of the boxes needed to be a Real player. He is immensely talented, has a dominant left foot, works hard on the pitch, and has a knack for goals. At just 24 years old, he could easily be among the best in the world in the near future.

Olise reportedly has a contract with Bayern until 2029 and there’s no release clause either, which makes any deal for him quite difficult. However, a substantial offer from Real could change the situation.
Anyway, nothing is confirmed as of yet, and these are just speculations at this point. For now, Real will have to focus on the task at hand, which is winning trophies in this campaign. They are slowly building momentum and will have to make use of that as the Los Blancos heads into the most important stage of the season.
Meanwhile, Real fans could soon witness Olise up close as the Merengues are set to face Bayern in the quarter-finals if both teams go through in the round of 16. However, it would be wise not to get ahead of things as there is still a lot of work to be done.
