Rodrygo is no longer safe at Real Madrid. He has been ordinary all season and has unable to make an impression from any side of the pitch.

The Brazilian was once thought to be invincible, but the emergence of Kylian Mbappe and his own lack of productive performance have changed that. Given that, Madrid are now said to be willing to trade the player if a substantial bid comes in.

Manchester City were believed to be interested in Rodrygo earlier this season, and now it has been revealed that two London rivals may compete for his signature.

According to Diario AS, local rivals Arsenal and Chelsea are interested in signing Rodrygo this summer, and Arsenal has reportedly held internal talks about the potential deal.

According to the source, Real Madrid will consider a fee of around 100 million euros to let the star go.

Rodrygo excellently meets Chelsea's requirements for the upcoming season

According to AS, Chelsea have a strong preference for Rodrygo. They regard him as a future star in their attacking lineup, and he checks off several boxes for them.

Chelsea's left wing is hurting. Jadon Sancho was loaned from Manchester United, but he has not impressed and will return to Old Trafford.

Chelsea believe that with their return to Champions League competition next season, they need a good left winger who can be the team's star.

Arsenal's interest is also not dull. After nearly finalizing Martin Zubimendi for the midfield, the club would like to offer Rodrygo his desired position on the left, which he has not been able to get at Real Madrid.

According to the report, if Rodrygo came on the market, they will welcome him with open arms.

However, the price tag of over $100 million may be alarming given that his contract with Real Madrid runs until 2027. Chelsea is thought to be preparing a large cheque for their summer transfer targets in anticipation of their return to Champions League competition next season; little is known about Arsenal's willingness to pay that much, however.

Real Madrid may benefit from receiving an amount close to that price. Los Blancos are looking to sign some high-priced players this summer, and selling Rodrygo could help them expand their budget.
