3 flops from Real Madrid's fourth El Clasico embarrassment this season

Real Madrid were terrible against Barcelona. For the fourth time this season. Los Blancos have surrendered 16 goals in four meetings against their hated rivals. That explains stuff.

However, in the last encounter, the team appeared to be the worst. There was no symphony or order among the players who were scattered throughout the pitch, not as a team, but as individual players.

Overall, losing the third trophy to Barcelona in a single season was humiliating. In the most kind language, the team should be ashamed.

The worst performance in Catalunya was attributable to these three flops, who tried everything they could to prevent Real Madrid from winning:

Lucas Vazquez

Vazquez was easily the worst player on the pitch. It's ludicrous that this isn't a new reflection that only surfaced in this game.

Everyone saw how terrible Vazquez had been all season, so starting him again made little sense. I'm not even sure how Carlo Ancelotti didn't recognize how much of a liability he was until the 84th minute to remove him from the pitch.

I mean, even the best fullback in the world makes a couple mistakes every game, but they are understandable. But Vazquez did not make just a few blunders, and he is far from a good fullback.

He was the biggest reason Madrid lacked in defense. His side invited the most progressions from Barcelona's side because Hansi Flick was quicker than Ancelotti in realizing how useless Vazquez can be.

He lost possession a great 6 times and was directly responsible for one goal. He was all over the field, but never where he was needed. He was poor at both the back and the front.

I hope this was his last game for Real Madrid.

Dani Ceballos

Ceballos was doing well until his injury midseason. Ever since returning, he has simply not been the same.

He was terrible in Barcelona. I'm still thinking about the embarrassing clash with Kylian Mbappe, which resulted in Los Blancos losing the ball and conceding a goal.

Ceballos, in all honesty, appeared bewildered. He couldn't retain the ball for long and couldn't release it well. He had zero goals, zero assists, and zero key passes in the half he played and was plainly a liability in the midfield.

However, I am hopeful that this is only a temporary post-recovery setback. But, once again, I don't want to keep my hopes up.

Vinicius Jr

Vinicius travels back in time with each passing game. If I were the manager and I knew he was going to play this manner, I would have avoided starting him in the first place.

He was extremely careless, with bad passes, poor control, and an overall lack of understanding of the game.

He continually invaded space, only to kick the ball over to the farthest fans' seats or make a sloppy pass, allowing Barcelona to counterattack.

Vini is this club's franchise player, but he hasn't played as such in a long time. His first touch is so terrible that the ball never remains on his feet.

His linkup with Mbappe was effective, and he also contributed two assists, although his entire game outweighs the assists.
