Real Madrid are about to enter a crucial summer window. Well, they already have, by signing so many players.

But, even in the departures' sense, this summer can be huge for the club's overall shape and its future.

There have been so many reports about a number of players potentially thinking about a move out, but none have been sold so far. The biggest one is Rodrygo, though. It is so clear.

It is so unclear where Rodrygo lands this summer - or if he leaves at all

Rodrygo has been linked with a move away from the club ever since he was substituted at half-time in the Copa Del Rey final against Barcelona. There have been reports about him potentially leaving the club in the summer.

There have been some where his stay at the club was prioritised, but Arsenal have always kept tabs on him, and the interest has only grown larger in the last few weeks when Rodrygo did not feature as much in the Club World Cup.

Now, it seems like there is another competitor for Arsenal in this transfer window. Liverpool compete with them in the league, and now the Reds are expected to enter the race for the Real Madrid player, according to journalist Santi Aouna.

He said that Arne Slot is a huge admirer of the Brazilian winger, and the club is expected to enter negotiations for the forward very soon.

It is not yet confirmed where Rodrygo will go, or if Rodrygo will even leave Real Madrid this summer. So, finding out how many clubs are interested is crucial in that step.

I am also very certain that Real Madrid fans will hear more about this situation in the next couple of weeks, when Xabi Alonso sits with Real Madrid to plan the remainder of the squad in the upcoming season.

Whether they need new players or sell existing ones, there will be a few meetings in that regard, and there is no doubt that Rodrygo's name will be mentioned.

However, it is as unclear as possible where the Brazilian will land. It is also going to be tough to see Liverpool sign Rodrygo in case they are able to sign Alexander Isak in this transfer window, so it remains to be seen what happens.
