Real Madrid have signed four players this transfer window, and they will probably look to sign a couple more before the end of August.

However, that is not the only part of a transfer window. The club will also have to sell a few players - some of whom are already being linked with exits.

Real Madrid have to make sure they are able to sell the players either they do not want at the club, or the players that do not want to be at the club.

One of those players may be Dani Ceballos, who actually had a good season with the team last time around.

Xabi Alonso is not impressed, however - probably in the same vein as Zinedine Zidane used to be a few years ago - and a departure could be on the cards.

Dani Ceballos may be one of the players who leaves Real Madrid soon

When asked about it, Ceballos gave a very open-ended answer that could mean a departure is not just a rumor - it has some amount of likelihood instilled.

He said: “Betis is my home and it always will be, I hope the door is always open. We will talk about the future after this week. There haven’t been any meetings yet.”

Ceballos would be able to link up with former Real Madrid player Isco if he does choose to leave, and it would be a good midfield to have, especially with their other midfield star Johnny Cardoso off to Atletico Madrid.

Ceballos did have a good season at the club, with career-high minutes at Real Madrid, as he became really important under old manager Carlo Ancelotti.

However, his role did decline towards the second half of the season, where, after a hefty injury that would keep him out for ages, Ceballos never returned like the player he was when he left the pitch.

Let's see what happens with him next season, though. He would be good for him to move back to Betis.
