Having a brilliant squad - probably the best in the world - would have its pros and cons. Real Madrid are no exception to that.

Real Madrid fans have seen rumors about their quartet not working together, about their youngsters not getting enough time on the pitch and about them not signing players where they desperately need signings.

The problem of playing their youngsters has an extreme solution, but sometimes, the players struggle until they are given a solution.

Endrick has been touted as one of the best players for the future, and everyone knows how good he can be for Real Madrid. He is just 18 years old, and sky is the limit for him. But it is common knowledge that he has not played a lot this season, and it is something that needs to change before it starts impacting him in more ways than one.

Well, it already has. Endrick has been making appearances here and there, but they are so scarce and the kid has no continuity.

Endrick was not picked for Brazil's squad for the upcoming international break

This has caused Brazil to pick other players in their upcoming international break. Endrick is not a part of the squad, and it usually is not the case as he gets called up nearly every time because Brazil do not have many great out-and-out strikers.

The reason for Endrick not playing is valid - Real Madrid have the best attack in the world and it is understandable for youngsters to go through a learning curve before they become first-team fixtures.

The problem is not the fact that there is a young player. It's that he just has not played much. He makes a substitute appearance every now and then, but that's it, and that also usually is when it is too late.

Apart from the Copa del Rey game he started a few weeks ago, Endrick has only featured for a total of 20 minutes in his last four appearances. Two minutes against Atletico, 16 against Real Betis, and one each against Manchester City and Girona. It is just not a good look, and it has started impacting his Brazil appearances as well.

I am not saying he should play every game, or become a starter. That does not happen overnight. However, he has shown enough impact in the limited minutes he has played to feature more than he actually is.
