Following the sad loss to Barcelona yesterday, Carlo Ancelotti's career at Real Madrid looks to be decided. This season, the manager has lost two trophies to the same opponent and suffered a devastating defeat in the Champions League.

Carlo Ancelotti's techniques just do not work anymore. He doesn't appear to comprehend the players' talents and strengths. Most crucially, he is unable to release players who have shown to be flops this season.

Currently, he is more out of Real Madrid than in. And his future seems virtually like an escape now. With that in mind, Real Madrid are considering two famous players to replace the Italian. Reports claim them to have contacted one of them several times.

Real Madrid have reached out to Jurgen Klopp for replacing Ancelotti

Jurgen Klopp departed Liverpool at the end of last season to take on an administrative position with Red Bull Football. He has been away from the management position for some time and is now directing the growth of Red Bull's football project.

But as soon as the likelihood of Ancelotti's departure appeared, interest in Klopp exploded. He was previously rumored to be dissatisfied with his current job and wanting a return to management.

According to a fresh Marca story, Real Madrid has contacted Klopp and called him at least twice to check about his availability for the post. Real Madrid's interest appears to be unwavering, as they remain focused on only two candidates: Xabi Alonso and Jurgen Klopp.

But Los Blancos have not received anything major from the former manager's entourage. For the time being, his top representatives have just maintained that he is satisfied with his work at Red Bull and has no plans to transfer elsewhere.

With everything done, Real Madrid has just one choice left. They need to make a move for Xabi Alonso right now. The German manager is fresh to the position, but he has already sent shockwaves across the managerial environment.

He has already made a reputation for himself with an undefeated season with Bayer Leverkusen, which immediately dismantled Bayern Munich's Bundesliga hegemony.

His tactics have been praised throughout ecosystems, and he is regarded as one of the most serious candidates for the position at Real Madrid. According to recent news, if he decides to leave his present club, he may not face any problems. He has a gentlemen's agreement that allows him to return to a club where he previously played.
